International packages are shipped using NZ International Air. Orders are generally delivered within 14 days to the United States. For Canada and Western Europe please allow up to one month due to country customs clearance, other countries allow additional time on top of this. We are aware that shipping from New Zealand is expensive and takes a long time due to our proximity to the world; unfortunately we cannot control the shipping charges or times and we thank you for understanding.
*Please note all delivery times are an estimate only and may on the odd occasion take longer to arrive, especially during busy holiday periods, so please allow atleast 2-5 additional extra working days over known busy holiday periods.
Stock, Returns, Exchanges or Changes to Orders
Lapin + Wolf makes every effort to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible; and that includes colours & sizing. Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product or accept returns for ‘change of mind’ once an order has already been processed and shipped.

While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times, there may unfortunately be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order. If this should occur we will contact you to offer either a replacement option to the value of your purchase or in this case only; a full refund if necessary. Please note that we currently do not offer backorders or “rain check” facility.
